Sunny Spring Morning

We are having so much fun seeing this spring what is growing in the garden beds as things start to pop up.  We can't wait for all the rhododendrons to bloom!!!  Loving our house more and more as we get to finally enjoy the property!

Ezra Update

Ezra is doing great and learning new things everyday!  She is still pretty shy around people and other dogs- so we're trying to do as much exposure as we can.  She has already learned "sit" and "stay" and house training is coming along.  She's pretty darn cute and we're having a lot of fun with her. 

Fence Project Day 1

We spent Saturday working on building a fence for our yard.  It is a big project- but luckily we found all of these posts in the woodshed!  Ezra really needs a nice big fenced in space to run around off-leash, I can't wait to get this project finished.  It helped to have such nice weather this weekend!

Welcome to the world Sadie!!!

Sadie Jean Nickerson!  We are so excited you are here!  She was born on St.Patrick's Day (her due date) and she couldn't be more perfect!  Being with Hannah while she was in labor and give birth was such an inspiring, magical, emotional and powerful experience.  She did amazing! 
I am super bummed that I left my camera's memory card in Portland... I have some more baby pictures I wish I could share (she is adorable!!!). 
Wishing Hannah, Seth and Sadie a smooth transition back home and a peaceful first week!  I hope to be down there soon to spend some more time with my beautiful niece!

I finished work early today (4:30) and with the time change there was plenty of light outside when I got home!  Ezra and I went for a nice long walk in the backyard.  She had her first vet appointment today (went well).  Loving this warm weather!

Had a great weekend in Portland with Hannah and Seth- next time I see them they will be parents!  Hannah is due in a week and I'm expecting a phone call any day!  They are very ready and the house is all set up for baby Sadie's arrival!

It sure feels like a full house with these two! Adam has been doing most of the puppy work this week, but today I am home with Ezra trying to "get work done" and it feels pretty impossible!  And it's Friday!
