Wedding Flowers!
Thank you Lynch Creek Dahlia Farm for the amazing flowers! I made Hannah and my bouquets on Friday while Betsy and Hannah made all of the beautiful table arrangements. We had extra flowers to spare (we ordered 150 flowers). I would recommend this farm to anyone getting married- we had a great time picking out the flowers in person on the farm and then we picked them up at the Farmer's Market on Thursday. They charge $1 a stem- and we have more than enough. The added so much color to the lodge and the barn. I loved the way the wheat grass looked with the bouquets (thanks pintrest) and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out!
Millersylvania State Park Wedding: Day 2 (Friday Morning)
It was a rainy Friday morning but that didn't stop people from playing Frisbee outside or being in good spirits! Hannah, Seth, Jen and Ben made a delicious breakfast of french toast and after everyone ate they mostly all left to go into town and see Olympia (Farmer's Market and Children's Museum). I thought sleeping through the thunderstorms the night before was very romantic and I slept great (the only night out of the next 4 days that I actually slept good!)
Millersylvania State Park Wedding: Day 1 (Thursday Night)
I wish I had more pictures of Thursday of our wedding weekend- but it was such a busy day. We checked in the the ranger around 9am (of course, no one was around at 9am and we had to track someone down to find a the ranger-they are a little disorganized there) and Adam and I started dropping off stuff (we had SO MUCH stuff to drop off!) I stayed an organized the kitchen while Adam when back to the house for another run. It was rainy. People started arriving around noon and we worked non-stop trying to get cabins set up (putting sheets on the beds). We ran out of sheets and my dad had to spend Friday morning thrift shopping for sheets and then washing them all at his hotel. Then we made about 20 pizzas! The oven worked awesome and fast and the pizza was delicious. We were eating leftover pizza for the rest of the weekend. The rest of the night was spent playing the biggest game of cards against humanity ever and huddled under a covered area outside watching the lighting storm- which was really quite magical.
New Neighbors: Callie, Nuri and Finn!
I'm SO excited that Callie and Nuri are moving right down the street from us!!! They just finalized their plans and have purchased a piece of property which they are going to be building a house on. See more here
Their property is great and the neighbors have a bunch of goats. The property even comes with a mobile home that they will live in as the house in being built. I'm planning to help out with their move this Saturday!
Say Cheese!
This is what was left of the cheese from our wedding. Adam and I enjoyed a cheese and wine dinner on our mini-moon in Sequim. (we were really glad that there was some left since we didn't get to try much at the wedding). I have so many great pictures to sort through and I'll be posting them soon.
We are both SO happy with how well the wedding went and also relieved that is is over. We are so grateful for everyone that came from all over to help celebrate with us- and also helped things run smoothly. Our wedding day was one of the happiest days of my life and I've never been surrounded so much love, joy and happiness as I was last weekend! It was worth every bit of the hard work (sweat and tears)!

Cheese anyone?
Just a little sneak peak of what our cocktail hour has in store! 3 more days til I'm Mrs. Stout- woo hoo!
Bake-a-thon
We did it! Hannah and I made 10 cakes last night for my wedding! Get ready for some awesome flour-less chocolate torte and cheesecake! I also made muffins, cookie dough and pizza dough... Thank goodness for our giant chest freezer- I don't know if I can ever survive without one after having one in this house.
