And the snow continued after Christmas and left the roads pretty messed up. The Nickerson's stayed an extra day then were able to get home. We had brunch at my parent's house but the roads were terrible getting back, luckily it's not very far. The cousins had a great time in the snow and I'm so glad they got to make those memories together!
After the cousins left, our family was snowed in for several more days. About a week total of not going anywhere. Needless to say, everyone was pretty ready to get back to school after Xmas break- which the snow magically disappeared for just in time!
