We spent 2 nights at a VRBO in Pacific Beach- the weather was a little rainy and cold so we saw a movie in Ocean Shores and got some beach time in between rain. Everyone came home sandy and tired!
Staying Cool
The other Sunday it was going to be 90 so we headed to the Deschutes River (Pioneer Park) to meet friends and stay cool. Then I had a happy hour date with old coworkers and a BBQ at the Joldersma's for a busy and fun Sunday!
I have a feeling we'll be back to this spot on the river- it was nearly perfect!
Isla's dance recital
Isla did GREAT at her end of the year recital! I got roped into volunteering- which was actually pretty fun- and it was a HOT day, but the kids did awesome! (Avi not so great at sitting for a 2 hour show) So proud of Isla completing her first year of jazz/tap classes!
Fire Safety Event
Avi was in absolute heaven at this event put on my the Children's Museum! This kid is going strong with the firefighter obsession still (it's been about 2 years).
