From what I understand, the "walled city" used to be this walled off area in Hong Kong that didn't belong to the British or the Chinese, so it was basically a lawless city. In recent years, it has been torn down and is now a park. I was quite impressed with how pretty this park is and being that it is a week day (that I have off because of Thanksgiving) the park wasn't busy at all.
