Making Tamales

 

 Angela invited me over today to make mexican tamales.  When I was home for Christmas I brought her back some corn tamale mix and corn husks since those are impossible to find in Hong Kong.  Their apartment is super cute (I haven't really hung out there before- since apartments are so small, it's not common to invite people over in Hong Kong).  The tamales turned out great (I have a bunch in my freezer now) and now I know how to make them!
