Snack Street in Beijing







I had heard about this street with crazy snacks so I had to check it out.  The scorpions were still moving on the sticks!  I did see a Chinese man eating them too (I thought they were just for the tourists) .  The strawberries (and other fruit) covered in a sugar coating were SO yummy!  Apparently this snack originated in Beijing and is very popular!

    Holy crap! I cannot fathom scorpions on a stick, even though I just saw it. You just blew my mind.
