The best bread ever


I found this recipe for "no knead bread" a few years ago on Smitten Kitchen and it's been a no-fail bread ever since.  I didn't feel like waiting the recommended 12 hours the other day and only let it sit about 8 and it still turned out great.  I've been LOVING having a full sized kitchen and real oven to work in!
