Weekend Garden Project
We had a busy Saturday! We prepped our garden space for next spring by laying down a cardboard layer and fresh compost. It was quite a project and took all day, but we'll be in good space to plant in the spring! Also had a brush fire with the whole summer's worth of brush (since the fire ban is lifted now).
I'm not sure you can really see any different between the next two "before" and "after" photos, but I did some clearing down below at the creek yesterday. The creek is dry and the mosquitoes are gone, making it prime conditions for clearing. Even if you can't see the difference, I did make a much clearer path to encourage the flow of the water- once it starts raining again.
