We hosted our 2nd annual apple-pressing party on Saturday and it was a success! 8 hours of pressing (picking, chopping, food processing, squeezing, straining) apples! We are making 15 gallons of hard apple cider and a bunch more regular cider. Lots of kids running around this year too!
