I figured out how to use the induction burners today! I tried the other day, but didn't know yet that they won't turn on unless there is a pan on top (and it has to be a specific pan). It worked great- and really fast. There are several options: stir fry, hot pot, boil, soup, steam, porridge and milk. You turn it on and they select which function you want and can adjust the temp. as needed.
