The homeless

I've hardly EVER seen any homeless people in Hong Kong, but they do exist.  I read an article about the homeless in Hong Kong, but they are kept out of the public's view.  Example above- this police man is making this woman downtown leave.  

It's a lot different from Seattle- where you see homeless people all over.  People are always asking for money too.  In Hong Kong, the only beggars you see are people who have physical deformities and they sit quietly with a cup/jar- they are not aggressive like you see in Seattle (or Olympia for that matter).
