It's hard to capture the intensity of the dim sum experience. I was literally claustrophobic today as I was trying to get a dish. As soon as the cart comes out of the kitchen a mob forms around it and fights over the dishes, you can't just grab them because the lady has to stamp your piece of paper, and the dishes run out fast (but then there's always more coming out). Christopher and Angela are kind of pros so we went with them this morning. It's really cheap, delicious and adventurous- we did try the chicken/duck feet today (which were fine but not great).
