We welcomed 2023 with a walk at Burfoot and ran across a festive group of polar-bearers jumping into the sound! It was a nice break in the rain and nice to get some fresh air- prompted followed by naps for all and a relaxing evening at home.
Winter Break!
Winter Break Week Two:
Lots of walks, checking out the flooding down town, more baking, more puzzles, lots of coffee, roller skating with friends and zoo lights!
Christmas 2023!
It was a Christmas Miracle that no one was sick and the weather cooperated and Christmas/Boxing Day went as planned!!! The Nickerson's arrived Christmas afternoon, we did presents then dinner at my parents. The next day we took a walk to look at the swans at Capital Lake then the extended family came over for a Boxing Day lunch (and more presents). The cousin's had a blast together and it was a perfect Christmas!!!
