Thanksgiving 2015

What a celebration!  We had a gathering of 24 adults and 4 kids at Adam's mom's house on Peaks Island for Thanksgiving.  Most everyone stayed the night or a couple nights, so it was a busy couple of days!  Amazing food and appetizers!  I'm so glad we came for Thanksgiving this year so everyone could meet Isla while she's still little (and EASY- she was so easy on this trip!).

Isla slept through dinner

Hanging out on Peaks Island

We spent the days before Thanksgiving on Peaks Island- got to visit with Aaron and Kelly, introduce Isla to Harry and Donna (Papa and Meme) and to Grammie Mickey!

Meeting Cousins

Here Isla is meeting her cousins Joah and Eamonn for the first time!  It was super cute!  I couldn't seem to take enough pictures!  Joah and Isla are very similar in size and demeanor.  Eamonn was so sweet with the babies!  I wish we lived closer!

Friends-giving

The night before we flew out to Maine, Laurel hosted a "friends-giving"!  Sean went all out on the turkey and it was delicious!

No Place Like Home

We are home from Maine!  It was a wonderful trip and we got to see so many friends and family!  Traveling was exhausting, especially the way home, so we are still recovering!  I'm just now starting to catch up on blog posts, so these pictures are from early November.  Isla likes her foot rattles! More photos to come.....

Love sleeping next to my babe without actually sleeping next to her!

We've been enjoying walking around in our backyard.  I took advantage of the dry creek earlier in the fall to blaze some new paths.
