Christmas 2017!

Christmas day 2017: Isla up at 6:30am, tried to keep her in bed until about 7:30/8:00.  Stockings and Santa Presents first, then Nana and Papa arrived around 9:00 for  breakfast and gifts. Isla had a hard time waiting to open presents and would have torn into everything under the tree if not supervised!  We open gifts for a couple hours then some of us took naps (Isla and me).  Adam and I took a hottub soak in the snow, we did some relaxing and then headed up to Puyallup for dinner at Carol and Kevin's house at 4:30.  Home around 9pm and the kids all went straight to bed! A super fun Christmas!

Weekend Fun

Last weekend was my work's Christmas party (at the office) which Isla enjoyed since our work is full of toys!  We also had visitors Sunday- Jack, Maggie and Lucy came down and we did the Children's Musuem.  ALSO: Isla gave up her binkis this weekend!  (woo hoo)  Just a few more days of work for me then I get a week off!

Salem Weekend

We visited Salem 2 weekends ago and took the kids to a couple holiday events- a Christmas parade and a Holiday Festival at the Oregon Gardens.  It was cold (but sunny) all weekend and the kids had a blast.
