Hike to Trappist Monastery on Lantau Island
Adam and I went for a really amazing hike today. We took a ferry over to Discovery Bay on Lantau Island and hiked to a different town (Moi Wo) and caught a different ferry back home. The hike goes up to a Trappist Monastery at the top of the hill- we didn't get to peek around that much, but apparently the monks there have taken a vow of silence so you're supposed to be quiet when you're up there. Also, they have a dairy farm and make milk that you can find in the grocery stores here. Overall a good day!
