We have Shabu Shabu at least once a week at work for lunch. It's Japanese Hot-Pot with just hot water and lots of vegetables and thinly sliced beef. You make a sauce with soy sauce, lemon juice and sesame oil and serve yourself in a small bowl. It's not my favorite lunch (it's a lot of work and it's hard to fill up) but it's fun and the boys love it.
