Over the weekend I made this grapefruit-olive oil cake I saw in the Smitten Kitchen cookbook. It was pretty good. Saturday night I went to a bridal shower for a coworker and had a cake that was "Beauty and the Beast" themed- very pretty!!! Overall good weekend. Adam and I even did some yard work on Sunday. Getting to be that time of year!
