The Boat House Cabin


So we had this outbuilding that was sort of falling apart (1 of the 3 outbuildings that came with the property) that we called the "boat house" because it probably housed a boat or an RV or a tractor or something.  We always thought it would be fun to fix it up, but it wasn't a priority.  Long story short, one of Adam's friends thought maybe he wanted to live in it and spent a month or so fixing it up, only to change his mind.  So now we have the beginnings of a very cute guest house/art studio/tiny house/cabin.  Adam closed in the walls and is hoping to spend some more time on it this spring.  We have wood-stove for it that needs to be installed but for now it's freezing.  However, it has very pretty views of the woods and the creek and we're excited to do something fun with it.  Just wanted to share some pictures of where it's at so far:
