New Years Resolution: 2017


My new year's resolution in 2017 was to try out a new dinner recipe once a month.  I successfully completed 11 out of 12 months with all new, never tried before, recipes.  Mostly inspired by my favorite food blog Smitten Kitchen. 
 I had a lot of fun with this resolution and would do it again if there wasn't a baby on the way!  I had hoped to tackle perfecting some fish dishes, but ended up using a lot of shrimp and chicken instead.  Pho and Ramen were both ones I'd like to continue to perfect!  (Since we go out to both of those regularly)
